If user tries to login to user panel https://servername:2083 and login just refreshs, execute this script on cwp7 root shell:

sh /scripts/cwpsrv_rebuild_user_conf

If this does not help and the file system lock is active for this user, try this in the root shell:

chattr -R -i /home/{USER}/
